To make sure you guys stay hydrated, we’ve installed FREE WATER stations across the venue. Please bring a foldable bottle to refill.

Nope, once you’ve stepped out of the venue, there’s no re-entry allowed.

All festival ticket sales are final and excluded from returns. So think twice before you make the purchase, but not for too long because the tickets might be gone!

Well, too bad, because the official 6PM Festival tickets are only available through us / Eventim. Don’t even try to buy somewhere else, it’s all fake!

Feel free to print it out, however, we also accept the ticket digitally on your phone or a similar device.

There’s a parking lot in front of the venue, however we can’t promise you anything, best to take public transport.
The closest U-Bahn (underground metro/ tube) stations are Kaiserdamm or Theodor-Heuss-Platz. If you’re getting there by S-Bahn (city train), get off on Messe Nord/ICC or Messe Süd.
